Shipping policy
To make you get your product delivered to your specified location, Shoeleaf undertakes responsibility for Shipment. And for this, we have a policy, as per which, Free Shipping charges on prepaid orders and standard charges of Rs. 49 on COD orders are applicable on your purchase, irrespective of the cart size.
Shoeleaf generally delivers most of the orders within seven days. This period excludes National Holidays, Natural Calamities, and other such Emergency Situations.
We have several logistic partners throughout India who help us in delivering products to your doorstep. Shoeleaf takes the ultimate responsibility for the shipment and in case of any query related to delivery, we request our customers to take follow up directly with us at customercare@shoeleaf.co.in.
When returning the order (COD & Prepaid), the shipping charges that were paid will not be refunded.
